Our reservations staff look after you from your first point of contact, all the way through to your arrival at the airport. Then our villa manager takes over and looks after you during your stay and makes sure you return to the airport safely and on time.
There are usually 3 staff who perform the roles of Chef, Room Maid and Gardener. In addition to this, we have a Villa Manager that can assist you during check-in, check-out and with anything during your stay. Day to day, the in-house villa staff can deal with all your needs, and the villa manager is just a phone call or email away.
Our villa manager can be your focal point for any special needs during your stay. Our guest comments have references to her excellent service to our guests. She'll be the one to organise any daytrips that you're interested in. Need something special? Consider it taken care of.
Our chef works in a very well-equipped kitchen. The food standards are very high, and we're proud to be able to cook any Thai dish and present it beautifully, and with a smile. Western-style dishes, including comfort food for the kids, can also be requested.
Whilst our chef will prepare some great food for you, groceries, fruits, drinks, snacks etc are at your cost, and managed daily between you and our villa manager.
Meals can be selected by name, or by choosing from the Thai Cooking Books. Our villa manager or chef talks you about who wants what meals for the day and the next day too, so they're well prepared.
Before departing, guests pay for the ingredients used/bought by the chef at cost plus a 1,000 THB Service Charge per/meal prepared (not per/person). If there were more than 6 guests at the meal then the Service Charge is Baht 2,000 per/meal prepared.

Marc's villa was amazing. It was everything we were looking for and then some. The four bedrooms are all beautiful and the pool is wonderful. You can't go anywhere in the place without an incredible view. Also, the staff (house manager, gardener/driver, maid, cook) are all friendly and helpful as well. We chose to eat in every dinner and the food was authentic and delicious. Especially with small children, the convenience of eating in was great. Having lived previously in Thailand, the food costs from the market were slightly higher than we expected but all receipts were accounted for and we still were more than satisfied. The resort itself is quite luxurious and offers many activities and views that impress.

Villa Baan Panwa is not part of the Sri Panwa Hotel. We are a privately-owned Residence Villa inside Sri Panwa Resort. As such, we have access to all resort facilities.
