Our stay at Marc's villa was nothing short of amazing. Absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff catered to our every need, we we truly felt like royalty. We had 8 people in our group and the space worked perfectly. The pool was wonderful and had breathtaking views. The chef prepared amazing meals for us. I highly recommend staying here, 5 stars in every possible category!

We had an absolutely beautiful and restorative holiday at Marc’s villa. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Marc’s thoughtful recommendations were invaluable—highlights included an unforgettable day boating with Dennis and Annie, and a delicious dinner at Gaetana in the old town after exploring the vibrant markets.
Eddie and the villa team took exceptional care of both us and the property, showing true pride in their work and making our stay feel effortless. The villa itself was stunning with breathtaking views and the resort facilities including the spa was first class in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing place to stay with a group! Pictures do not do the Villa justice. Beautiful rooms, stunning views, private and secluded, friendly staff. Get the best of both worlds by renting a private villa with access to all hotel amenities. We can’t say enough excellent things about our stay. Not even worth eating out at restaurants when the Thai food made at the villa is 10X better than anything we tried! Walking distance to anything you need in a pinch and close to lots of bigger tourist areas/attractions by car. Highly recommend!

Everything from the minute I booked the villa went great for us. Marc always responded immediately to all our queries and was in touch throughout. The check in was seamless and the staff was very friendly and always available.
Marc connected us to a transport person who helped us with our transportation throughout and was very reasonable as well. The views are unreal from the villa!

Although this villa is part of a larger resort, each unit feels wonderfully secluded and private—you’ll hardly encounter anyone except the few guests you might see at the restaurants or the stunning rooftop bars. For those new to Phuket, the property is located in the serene southern part of the island. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the busier party zones.
The villa itself is beautifully designed and very well maintained. On our second day, Khun Noi, the house manager, thoughtfully arranged to have some branches trimmed to improve the view, revealing a breathtaking ocean panorama right from our pool. The villa staff are warm and attentive, and Add, the cook, prepares delicious Thai meals—don’t miss the ginger-steamed fish!
My family and I loved spending our days simply relaxing and soaking in the tranquil, luxurious atmosphere of this gorgeous villa.

Tolle Villa mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Ein Hausmeister-Ehepaar sowie Eddy die uns betreut hat ( spricht gut Englisch).Die Villa und das Rundherum sind absolut sauber und gepflegt. Haben uns mehrfach bekochen lassen und es war alles sehr gut. Frühstück nach Villa Karte bzw. eigener Auswahl. Es wurden aber auch kleine Sonderwünsche (Milchshakes) erfüllt. Die Karte für das Mittag oder Abendessen,sofern gewünscht, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde alles frisch zubereitet. Die Villamanagerin ist beständig erreichbar. Man fühlt sich gepamperd. Toller Ausblick von der großen,gut ausgestatteten Veranda aufs Meer. Falls das Wetter mal nicht mitspielen sollte: wir haben den Kickertisch und den Billardtisch genutzt. Der Pool ist von grünen Pflanzen eingerahmt und nicht sehr tief ( max1,40). Beste Verbindung zu den Hotel facilities durch den Tuktuk Service, welchen man durch das Haustelefon jederzeit rufen kann.

Marc’s place is so gorgeous that we immediately know we will have a great vacation there. Dennis’s boat trip is also wonderful! We had a spectacular time there, saw the 007 place, paddled boats, and beautiful views! His boat is also parked at a royal marina where you can find lots of fancy boats there. He is also very knowledgeable about sailing. The Airbnb also have great cook, try at least one meal there and you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed at the villa for 4 nights. Home is beautiful: like it's pictured on the listing. The resort itself was big. There is free shuttle within the resort.
The bedrooms are large and spacious. The home has all that is required for the stay. There is full time staff at the home to take care of all the needs. Had them cook lunch and breakfast couple of times. Rooms are cleaned everyday.
Overall it was a great stay. Used the Yatch couple of days. It was an incredible experience!
I recommend stay in Marc's villa without any reservation. Will go back and stay at the villa if Phuket is in the travel plans again!

Absolutely wonderful stay. We loved every second here, and we were blown away by the wonderful staff.
We definitely recommend to go for breakfast in house and their Thai cuisine for dinner is spot on, fresh and delicious (my husband is Thai and vouches for it).

Stunning view from each bedroom and well maintained property. We had access to all the facilities and the tuk tuk service, running 24/7, was ideal to move around the resort.

Marc’s place is amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and will help you plan anything you need for food, massages, laundry, and day trips. You have the option to have them cook for you as well. The breakfast was delicious each morning. We did take advantage of the boat with Dennis and it was worth it! You have the boat all to yourself and can customize what you want or don’t want to do and there was so much food to eat! All you have to bring is a hat and sunscreen! This villa is also a part of a hotel so you also have the option to use their amenities as well if you don’t want to lay out at the pool in the villa. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again on our next trip!

A beautiful place in every respect the pleasure of which is magnified through the efforts of the on-site team who are always there, quietly in the background. The villa is beautiful with spectacular views and ample space and facilities for big or small groups. The location is fantastic and with the ease of which to get to any of the restaurants on the resort is an added bonus.
We also had a day on the yacht and that was a trip highlight with Dennis and his crew the perfect shipmates to show you the spectacular sites off Phukets coast.

We stayed for 4 nights and the villa was just what we needed. It is spacious for sure and had every creature comfort one could ask for. The rooms are large, although one of the rooms is smaller than the rest, but perfect for kids. The staff are super helpful especially Noi and Ad. Since its serviced by the resort you also get to enjoy Sri Panwa’s amenities as well. Our host Marc was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this villa for a laid back and relaxing holiday.

The villa comes with a dedicated team and the manager is super nice !
Extra breakfast is good although little bit expensive. You can also go cafe and restaurant nearby to get breakfast and lunch.

We had an incredible stay at the villa in Sri Panwa. The villa is gorgeous and the staff made everything so easy, from cooking our meals and cleaning up afterwards to getting our rooms ready day and night, they were discreetly available but not intrusive at all. We took advantage of the private boat and had an amazing experience. It was also very convenient to be located in a resort and have multiple dining options and resort amenities. Marc is a terrific host and I would recommend the villa to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation in Phuket.

Our stay at this villa was great. The villa was really stylish and luxurious, with so many stunning spots to sit and take in the breathtaking sea views.
We loved having access to the wider resort’s facilities, which were easily reached using the resort’s complimentary ‘tuk tuk’ service. The spa, swimming pools, and restaurants were all fantastic.
Some of our favourite things were 1) enjoying sunset drinks at the rooftop bar above reception (highly recommend booking ahead!) and 2) taking a ‘tuk tuk’ to the resort entrance, where just a short 2-minute walk led us to a cozy air-conditioned coffee shop with the best breakfast pancakes. You can also buy some basics here such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, etc
If you plan on cooking, remember to bring food with you as I didn’t see a supermarket close by. There are also some restaurants outside the resort that are worth trying.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent family holiday at this villa. Marc was great at communicating and so were the other members of staff at the villa. The food cooked by the chefs was delicious, local Thai dishes were our favourite. The staff were extremely accommodating and catered to our every need and the place was kept spotless. The local area was quaint with restaurants and bars and the scenery was breathtaking. We would 100% recommend staying here. The wider resort also had excellent facilities including a private beach.

We had a great stay! Thank you to the Add, Noi & team who made us feel at home and attending to our needs. Most rooms were spacious (and equipped with black out curtains) & the beds were comfortable. The property was well maintained and clean. Our meals prepared by the chef were really the highlight of the trip! All dishes were so delicious, especially the seafood. We also had alot of fun relaxing by the pool & enjoying in-villa massages. Our only wish was that we had explored the hotel grounds earlier on or had the staff told us about the play room which apparently had air hockey tables and a play area for the baby. Thank you for a great weekend and we hope to be back some time in the future :)

A gorgeous villa with beautiful views of the sunrise. Our group stayed comfortably for 5 days. Had a few issues with broken A/C one night but this was promptly sorted and fixed the next day. Food was delicious as well. Would’ve appreciated if the villa manager was around to welcome us and was more clear about the resort amenities (we didn’t see her until the evening before checkout). The yacht we chartered from Marc and Dennis was also a wonderful excursion out to see Phang Nga bay. Highly recommend staying here all in all!

What a piece of paradise! The view, villa, and service is top notch. Noi and her team make you feel right at home and do an incredible job of keeping the villa spotless and ready for you to enjoy. The meals they made fresh for us every day were the absolute best Thai meals we had hands down. The free tuktuks are a great way to enjoy the entire resort property and to venture down to the entrance. Right outside the main entrance are many little restaurants, bars, a small market that sells the basics, and a line of taxis available on Grab that can take you to some stunning beaches in the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat—thank you for the incredible vacation!

It was perfect for 7 adults, 2 infants, 1 child.
Villa: The rooms and bathrooms were well done, well maintained and cleaned well everyday. Bed and bath linen were spotless. Some light fixtures not working were immediately corrected by the staff. The common area around the pool was where we spent most time, inside the pool or playing pool. Living area was gorgeous with ample space for kids to play while parents dine. Kitchen was very well equipped. They also provided us with high chair and cots for the babies. The views from every room was amazing.
Location: Private enough even though inside a resort property. It’s advantage was also it’s disadvantage. While you can walk around the resort or even up to the main gate, the roads are inclined. It’s away from the hustle of the city. You are dependent on a tuk-tuk taking you, but would come pretty quickly. We would take cab from main gate after taking a tuk-tuk till there.
Staff: Very polite and helpful. Made really good food.

Нам очень понравилось, что есть персонал, который поддерживает порядок и готовит завтраки/ужины (за очень приемлемую доп плату). На тук туке от отеля (можно легко вызвать из вилы бесплатно) можно перемещаться по комплексу, к пляжу внизу (он очень живописный, но не очень комфортный для купания), к бассейнам и ресторанам (особенно бар наверху с видом на закат, отличный ресторан японской кухни, цены как в Питере), также на тук туке можно спуститься вниз к променаду, где много разных местных кафе где поесть, тоже неплохо. Обязательно посетите пляж Ao Yon, в 7-10мин езды от виллы (такси внизу), он совсем не многолюдный, песок, лазурная вода. Обязательно посетите экскурсии на острова (мы брали частные). Если хочется уединения с природой, качественного отдыха и комфорта, то сюда. Мы 100% вернемся, в следующий раз с детьми.

10/10! Best villa in Phuket! This was absolute paradise. Everything was more than we could have ever dreamed - the staff & service, the food, the villa, the resort grounds. We made the mistake of trying to check in at the front desk, but that isn't necessary; go straight to the villa. We were greeted by three staff members who unpacked our groceries, took our luggage to our rooms, and began our dinner prep. Have them cook for you - you will not regret it. The rooms were stunning (the beds are firm), and the amenities were wonderful (pro tip: the flooring around the villa gets slick after it rains). We honestly wanted to stay in the villa after we arrived; we would have been satisfied to have visited the Phi Phi Islands and the elephant sanctuary and spent the rest of the time soaking up the sun and relaxing at the villa. The view from the villa is the best in Phuket.

From the minute we checked in, the staff and manager were very friendly and welcoming. They cooked us a delicious Thai meal for lunch on request! Special mention to Att who was very helpful! Rooms were spanking clean ! The pool and view was lovely from the property! Overall a very good choice! Just a heads up, if you don’t like insects, lizards and frogs may not be the place for you as at night it can be quite overwhelming!
But great stay altogether.
Would definitely come back again!

I booked this villa off the back of the brilliant reviews and I am so glad we stayed here. The villa is beautiful with outstanding views over the ocean and a private pool. It is easy to get around and the Tuk Tuks arrive within a couple of minutes and are free.
The staff on site are brilliant - they keep the place spotless but without invading your privacy. Particular shout out to the chef - her food was better than any restaurant we ate out at during our stay in Phuket. I would highly recommend using her for meals during the stay.
We stayed with two young children and they loved it too.
Outstanding stay here and we will be back.

Location is great in terms of views, but beach within project is small. You will need a car to get around.
Villa is a bit older but well maintained.
Internet is weak, showers and outside baths need refurbishment.
