All arrivals are from 2.00pm (afternoon).
Early arrivals are only possible if no other guests are departing on your day of arrival. Arrivals can never be earlier than 12.00pm (mid day) and can only be requested/arranged in the week before your arrival and not requested in advance as this could block other bookings. That being said, please let us know your requirements, and we'll see what we can arrange and agree on.

All departures must be no later than 12.00pm (mid day).
Late departures are only possible if no other guests are arriving on your day of departure. Late departures can only be requested/arranged in the week before your arrival, or during your stay at our villa, and can not be requested any earlier as late departures can block other bookings. If late departure is available, you must be no later than 6.00pm (which attracts no extra charge). Departures later than 6.00pm require the payment of an extra days rental fee.
Should you arrive at our villa before you're granted access to it, or should you need to depart from the villa earlier than you want to taxi to the airport, you are welcome to leave your luggage at our villa whilst you spend some time around the city (or local) shops and restaurants, etc.
If you or some of your group are arriving by your own means, our location map will help you find us. However, as guests, you are welcome to ask our reservations staff for a copy of the detailed map which has some reference points on it to help you figure out your location on the way to our villa. It's available for you to download so that you can print it and take it with you.
We have a list of trusted drivers that can bring you safely to our villa. Transfers are arranged by us for you, and is included in the rental. Once your booking is confirmed with us, let us know your arrival details, and we'll simplify your transportation to our villa.
Each group differs in their configuration and the amount of luggage they bring. If an extra vehicle is required, whether to split people into a secondary minibus, or to use a secondary vehicle for additional luggage space, this can easily be arranged but is at guest cost and paid directly to the drivers involved.
Guest transport requirements are assessed by our reservations staff, and you will be advised accordingly.
We'll do our best to make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Marc’s Residence. The house is situated on the cliff and has a stunning view of the whole Bay (with super nice sunrise and moonrise views every day !!). The kids really enjoyed the large pool and also tried out on billiards and soccer-table, with a stock pile of board games in the living room. The staff, K. Noi, K. Add and two others are super helpful and helped cook a delicious Thai Seafood meals for us (we loved the Tiger Prawn menu - they were huge !!!). The residence is also situated in Sri Panwa hotel where we can have access to the Japanese restaurants, sinking-deck bar as well as a super nice Cool Spa (must try). We do hope we can come back and special thanks to Marc and his staff for all the help and hospitality !!!
